Schneider Electric has opened one of its largest employee campuses worldwide in Bagmane Solarium City, Bengaluru, also known as India’s Silicon Valley. This state-of-the-art campus spans approximately 630,000 sq-ft and includes a Global Innovation Hub, Training Center, R&D Center, Skill Center, and Digital Hub, with the capacity to accommodate over 8,000 professionals.
The new campus underscores Schneider Electric’s commitment to being an employer of choice by offering world-class infrastructure for employees to collaborate, develop, and deliver industry-leading solutions. It also reinforces the company’s pledge to ‘Make in India for India and for the world,’ highlighting ongoing investments in manufacturing, innovation, people, R&D, and skill-building.
