Prestige Group marks 38 years of excellence with 300 completed projects

Prestige Group has reached a milestone by delivering 300 projects with 188 mn sq-ft in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Kochi, Mangalore, Calicut and Goa over a span of 38 years. Out of 300 projects, Prestige Group has completed 150 residential projects with 127 mn sq-ft, 125 commercial properties with 48 mn sq-ft and 13 retail projects with 10 mn sq-ft. It has delivered 12 hospitality projects totalling to over 4 mn sqft and 1500 keys.

The 300 projects encompass a diverse range of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, showcasing Prestige Group’s versatility and ability to meet the evolving needs of its homebuyers.
