NDR Warehousing expands reach by acquiring LSA Warehousing

This acquisition incurred an investment of Rs 42 crore

NDR Warehousing has acquired LSA Warehousing. This strategic acquisition, located in Sohna bolsters NDR’s robust presence in one of India’s largest consumption markets.

The acquisition encompasses an expansive 18-acre project positioned along the Sohna-Balabgarh Road. This marks the company’s fourth venture in the area, with a notable focus on the thriving micro market of Sohna, complementing their established presence in Sarita Vihar and Bilaspur Tauru road. As phase I of the project slated for completion within 6 to 8 months, NDR aims to deliver the entire project within a year, highlighting their commitment to timely execution and operational efficiency.

This acquisition incurred an investment of Rs 42 crore.

Currently, NDR owns and operates over 15 million square feet of warehousing space, with an additional 4 million square feet under construction.
