Imperia launches Esfera on Dwarka Expressway

Imperia Structures has recently performed Bhoomipujan at its first residential project site at Gurgaon, Haryana. Spread over a sprawling 17 acres, Imperia Esfera has direct access to Dwarka Expressway, NH–8, MG Road, International Airport and IFFCO Chowk.
Esfera aims to provide a holistic urban living to residents with conveniences like a Shopping Mall, Multiplex, Clubhouse, landscaped gardens and more, the company said.
“We received great response for our previous projects and certainly this will see the same success. As this is our first residential project, we are thrilled, at the same time excited for the project,” said Harpreet Singh Batra, MD, Imperia Esfera.
Speaking at the event Brajinder Singh Batra, Founder and Chairman, Imperia Structures remarked, “I am proud to announce the Bhoomipujan of Imperia Esfera. We at Imperia believe in creating best spaces, hereby I congratulate the team of Imperia Structures for making this possible”.
The project has 75 per cent green area. Esfera is to be constructed with the finest standards for creating earthquake resistant buildings.
Imperia has delivered more than 25 projects in Delhi/NCR so far. It will be launching a series of new projects in near future. These also include commercial projects.
