The office features an elegant VP Room, modern and functional courtrooms, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, collaborative Members rooms, and a contemporary lounge and bar area.

A key challenge in this project was creating courtrooms that harmoniously blend traditional aesthetics with modern technology and superior acoustics. Godrej Interio successfully delivered technologically advanced courtrooms that preserve the dignity of traditional courts while integrating cutting-edge audio systems and precise acoustics. These courtrooms incorporate modern technology for hearings, utilizing innovative audio solutions that ensure clear sound from any location in the court while maintaining precise dB levels to prevent echo and overlapping.

Commenting on this project Sameer Joshi, sr vice president (B2B), Godrej Interio said, “This project for the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal exemplifies our commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality interior solutions that meet specific client needs. By successfully merging traditional design elements with cutting-edge technology, we’ve created a space that honours the judicial legacy while embracing modern functionality. This achievement underscores our capability to handle complex, nuanced projects across various sectors, including government institutions. As we continue to expand our portfolio in the design and build, infrastructure and turnkey solutions space, we aim to pursue similar partnerships, expand our reach, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s infrastructure development. Presently, our Projects business contributes 17% of our turnover and is poised for a 50% growth in FY25.”
