EPIC Designers, a Hong Kong-based sustainable fashion company, foraying in India and plans to establish its manufacturing facility at Bhubaneswar. Colliers has secured Rs 220 crore design & build turnkey contract from EPIC Designers. The new facility will be located on a 40-acre plot of land at the IDCO Industrial Estate in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The upcoming unit is poised to achieve full Net Positive status in both energy and water usage, boasting an array of lush green spaces and tranquil zen gardens in its landscaping design. Prioritizing the procurement of sustainable materials, waste reduction, and carbon footprint reduction, this garment factory sets a groundbreaking precedent for the industry in India. With plans to employ more than 6000 individuals to manage operations, it promises to redefine standards for environmental responsibility and social impact within the apparel sector.

The first phase spanning 338,000 sq. ft. is expected to be completed by May 2025 and the future expansion scope spans 381,236 sq. ft.
