CVC has collaborated with Rajan Gajaria to venture into global chemicals and CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organizations) businesses. Additionally, Gajaria assumes the role of an independent director on the board of Sajjan India, an investee company of Sona Company, an affiliate of CVC.
Gajaria’s extensive experience in agriculture, impeccable reputation, and vast industry network will be pivotal in unlocking new opportunities in the sector. As an industry veteran, Rajan has led various platforms in crop protection, seed, and digital businesses across prominent agrochemical firms such as Corteva Agriscience and Dow AgroSciences. Currently, he serves on the Boards of UPL Sustainable Agri Solutions, Moleaer, True Essence Foods, Advanta Seeds, and Gowan Group of Companies.
