The comprehensive 16-week program will include workshops and mentoring sessions

Brigade REAP has opened applications for Cohort 16, mentorship for which will begin on July 10, 2024. Startups who focus on sectors including construction, hospitality, green tech, and proptech can apply for the 16-week hybrid program designed to elevate startups to their full potential. Eligible startups must be incorporated in India, be at the pre-seed stage with early product-market fit. They must have pre-revenue or early revenue traction, with focus on solving significant challenges within the real estate ecosystem and should have reached at least the minimum viable product (MVP) stage. Applications are open until June 30, 2024.

“Our primary focus at Brigade REAP is to promote and mentor startups that focus mainly on innovations in urban tech that address real-world challenges in the real estate ecosystem. Through our curated mentorship program, we equip startups with the knowledge, tools, and network necessary to scale their innovations and make a significant impact. As we open applications for the 16th cohort, we are hopeful to onboard disruptive startups with new technologies and innovations that will make a meaningful difference to the real estate sector,” said Abhay Garg, chief and head mentor, Brigade REAP.

The comprehensive 16-week program will include workshops and mentoring sessions focused on achieving problem-solution fit and product-market fit. Participants will benefit from access to a robust mentor network, connections with 70+ alumni, and equity-based mentorship. Additionally, startups will receive credits for AWS, HubSpot for Startups, Zoho, and DigitalOcean, along with opportunities to pitch to venture capitalists.
