Arihant Foundations & Housing through its wholly owned subsidiary Verge Realty has won a mandate from Equitas Small Finance Bank for the development of its corporate headquarters at Anna Salai, Chennai.
Located at Anna Salai, adjacent to the Little Mount metro station, the prime property measuring around 1 acre will be added in the portfolio of Arihant Foundations. Approvals from the development authorities have been received for this development of just under 2 lakh sq-ft. The development is expected to be completed in less than two years.
