And taking the lead is Blox aiming to offer a seamless experience with complete online and offline capabilities.
Thackeray said, “ One of the biggest issues for Maharashtra is housing. Giving access to homes for all has been a challenge along with buyers finding their dream home. In today’s age, where almost every daily need and service can be accessed online, Jhaveri is aiming to achieve digitisation and modernisation for home buying with Blox and bring homes to everyone’s fingertips. For this we appreciate and thank you. To support the real estate industry and the revival of the economy post COVID, the Government of Maharashtra has also reduced the stamp duty for registration of residential houses, waived off property tax for homes of less than 500 sq ft size and BMC has reduced premiums on housing projects in the past one year. All efforts are being made to make housing a reality for all in the state, especially in a city like Mumbai.”
Jhaveri said, “We at Blox truly believe that there are better ways to serve every single homebuyer in India, and I’m very excited about the participation from the industry. As a result, we remain confident in our vision of digitizing the industry and look forward to many more opportunities that will only contribute to the growth of a successful digital real estate platform.”
