Covie, a new age co-living startup, started by Swapnali Bhosale Kadam and Abhishek Kumar, has launched three properties – two in Bengaluru and one in Pune. Covie Yelahanka & Covie Bannerghatta are in Bengaluru and Covie Viman Nagar is in Pune.
The Covie properties offer accommodations in different configurations like single and double occupancy rooms, studio rooms and 1 & 2 BHK units to suit various requirements. As compared to rental options, users get the advantage of easy sign-up, short lock-in period and minimal deposit.
It has invested in multiple levels of security measures starting from an App-based access control system to IOT enabled digital locks. Covid safety norms are strictly followed across each property.
The properties have well-ventilated rooms with ample natural light and are furnished with premium quality modern style furnitures. Residents can enjoy in-house amenities.
Abhishek Kumar, co-founder, said, “We are excited to launch our 3 new properties in Bengaluru & Pune, which together has about 500 beds. We plan to launch new properties in the coming few months in cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR & Dehradun in keeping with the demand in the sector.”
