315 Work Avenue (formerly known as Incubex NestaVera), a co-working space provider, has leased two spaces having a total of 1.25 lakh sq-ft are in Koramangala and Langford, Bengaluru.
Combined, both centres will have 2,000 seats. “These spaces have a 9-year lease and have been taken from Grade A builders,” said Manas Mehrotra, chairman of the company.Â
The company plans to invest Rs 100 crore to expand its presence in Southern and Western India over the next one year.
Currently, it has around 6,000 seats and aims to touch around 25,000 seats in this financial year.
