The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has given its approval to start construction of certain buildings by following a few guidelines put across by the civic body. Only those buildings which have been earlier permitted by the town planning department will be able to carry work.
The order has been issued in this connection following the Centre and state government’s decision to relax certain activities out of containment areas. The construction activities were completely stopped in the city after the government announced the lockdown in the country following the outbreak of COVID-19.
The builders can keep a maximum of five workers at construction sites and they will have to provide them with accommodation at the construction site.
