LYNX Lawrence & Mayo launches its own Total Stations for land surveying

Provides latest Industry 4.0 technology; looks to increase market share by 15%

LYNX: Lawrence & Mayo launched its own labelled Total Station to create a paradigm shift in the land surveying industry. The launch is aimed at making Total stations accessible for India’s Land surveying industry and ensuring competitive product pricing. Additionally, LYNX would look at increasing its market share by 15% in this segment.

This ‘Made in India’ marvel in land surveying, is a product by the development team at LYNX.  Dr Vivek G Mendonsa, director-sales, LYNX: Lawrence & Mayo said, "We view the Indian land surveying industry, to be estimated at Rs 200 crore and has a huge opportunity. With this launch, it certainly exemplifies our effort towards the same. Lynx would look at creating a paradigm shift with this new Total Stations and seek to increase its market share by 15%.”

Lynx Total Stations products are a prime example of high-precision, intuitive software coupled with superior quality lenses for delivering highly accurate land measurements. Some of its salient features include: Large black & white display; Lynx’s own menu-driven system; two sides identical display; illuminated telescope display and keyboard (which facilitates ease for working at night); inbuilt compass; long battery life; IP 56 water rating can be used even in light rain; enhanced long-range capability; good repeatability; and improved programming.

The aforementioned features in this product are significantly superior in technology as compared to its predecessors. The Total Station surveying equipment is available in a variety of models. It is able to wirelessly perform data transfer and possesses an enhanced display for a superior viewing experience in addition to being time-efficient.
