BGR Energy Systems bags orders worth Rs 573.32 cr

Electrical Projects Division, BGR Energy Systems, Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam, Ranchi, GIS substations, Turnkey projects, Nuclear Power Corporation, Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant

The Electrical Projects Division of BGR Energy Systems has secured orders worth Rs 573.32 crore.

The company has bagged from Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam (JUSNL), Ranchi for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three 132/33 kV GIS substations at Sundarnagar, Sarath and Chattarpur on turnkey basis. The value of the contract is Rs 124.13 crore (exclusive  of GST). The completion period for the work is 24 months.

Another order is from the Nuclear Power Corporation for supply, testing and delivery of control and instrumentation package of various systems, erection and commissioning for Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant -3 and -4 project. The total value of the work order is Rs 449.19 crore (inclusive of GST). The completion period is for 50 months
