Aparna Constructions and Estates has expanded their presence in Hyderabad by launching a new project in their luxury portfolio. Aparna Luxor Park is a fine blend of contemporary design, ultra-modern facilities and serenity. The luxury gated community is located at the heart of HITEC City in Kondapur, Hyderabad and is in close proximity to the IT and financial hubs, yet surrounded by the serenity of the Botanical Gardens.

Rakesh Reddy, director, Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “Luxury real estate market in India had its own share of impact with all the policy level interventions. However, this segment is now gaining traction from both HNI’s and NRI’s. Aparna Luxor Park is the 3rd residential property to be launched in last one year (2019) in the city. Equipped with unparalleled amenities and excellent connectivity to major IT and financial hubs, Aparna Luxor Park will provide the much-desired lifestyle that discerning luxury home buyers seek. The project is expected to be completed by March 2023. In 2-3 years, we plan to further strengthen our portfolio in this segment with at least 3-4 launches in Hyderabad and Bengaluru market.”

Comprising of 414 units, the project offers customers with 3 BHK and 4 BHK luxury apartments of sizes ranging from 2025 sq-ft to 3075 sq-ft. Another uniqueness of Aparna Luxor Park is that it is set amidst a rich cover of greenery and each of the apartments has an outdoor sit-out space overlooking the natural scenery.

Priced at Rs 1.75 crores and upwards, Aparna Luxor Park is designed to provide home owners with the feeling of ultra-luxury gated community living.

Like all Aparna Construction projects, Aparna Luxor Park was designed with a focus on sustainability. Therefore, provisions have been made for rain water harvesting at regular intervals to help in replenishing ground water levels. The project will have a sewage treatment plant from which treated sewage water can be used for flushing and landscaping purposes. The project also has a Water Softening Plant that will provide water for domestic use
