Atlas Copco wins Best Human Response Award

Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. has received Best Human Response award instituted by Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture and Rotary Club of Poona West for outstanding contribution in implementing best human resource practices. The award was presented on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at a ceremony at the MCCIA trade towers at Pune.

Atlas Copco has been presented this prestigious award in the large scale industry category in Pune region. “The award recognizes Atlas Copco’s continual drive to analyze and implement changes and validates that we have the right human resource practices and initiatives to meet our business objectives,” the company said.

Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, and Rotary Club of Poona West have joined hands to institute the Best Human Response Award to medium and large scale industries in Pune region from the year 2009-10. This award is to recognize industry for its exemplary work in maintaining excellent employer and employee relations and high ethical HR practices, which have consequently generated conducive employee response in the organization.
