Niranjan Hiranandani-head of Hiranandani Constructions said that the industry needed to grow 10 times more for which policies and cash flow should be sorted out.
He related the rise of problem to the lack of planning in terms of infrastructure, finance and FSIs. He also appealed that the government should improve liquidity in the system so that the people will get affordable housing, improve employment and thus the sector will flourish.
