AMR Infrastructures’ Manthan progresses

AMR Infrastructures Ltd has completed the structure for its real estate project Manthan situated in Greater Noida. According to teh company, ‘Manthan’ is the new process of thoughts and ideas that projects itself as an ideal destination for those who are looking for a holistic work environment.
It is the largest certified Information Technology (IT) Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Greater Noida. Spread across 21 acres of flourishing development, the project entails two 18-storey building with 51000 square-feet of single floor space each. Featuring world-class amenities for a business environment like impressive reception, waiting lounge, Internet facility, Comprehensive IT service, Conference Rooms with LCD & projector, HD quality video conferencing, Displays and seminar services, Telephone & EPABX feature, designated smoking zone, advanced security system, expansive parking space etc. to new-age conveniences like five-star lounge & waiting areas, Individual access control system, Video surveillance, Expert panel service, multi-cuisine Food court, 100% Power back up, multiple fine-dining restaurants and Fitness centres with spa, Office automation room and much more.
Manthan will have 70% office space, 15% residential units and 15% commercial area. The entire project will be completed by 2012 with a total estimated investment of Rs600 crore.
Plans: AMR Infrastructure will be planning to invest about Rs1,100 crore by 2014 to develop its four different projects, including an IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Greater Noida. These are located across different states and are currently at different stages of development. Besides Manthan, the company will have one more commercial tower and two residential towers housing 600 studio apartments.
