Ackruti City launches Hillcrest project
Ackruti City Ltd. has launched Ackruti Hillcrest–a premium residential project at Andheri East, suburb of Mumbai.
Located strategically opposite SEEPZ on the East-West corridor of JVLR, Ackruti Hillcrest will provide connectivity to all the key arterial thoroughfares like the Western Express Highway, LBS Marg, the Eastern Express Highway and the Marol MIDC Central Road – effectively connecting it to all parts of the city.

Ackruti Hillcrest is a 22-storeyed tower comprising of three wings with approximately 426 apartments. The Apartments are of various configurations ranging from 1BHK to 3.5 BHK, with salable area being 730 sq. ft. for 1 BHK-to salable area being as big as 1900 sq ft for a 3.5 BHK.

The project which is currently under construction has got all approvals. The estimated completion and possession time is early 2014.
