Landscape & Infinity Realtor receives EC for residential complex

Landscape & Infinity Realtor is planning to develop a residential complex 'Amber Infinity' at Pale village, Ambernath in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The project worth Rs 240.21 crore will spread over 4.88 acre of land, comprise three towers out of which Tower 1 comprises stilt+parking+24 floors and Tower 2 of lower stilt+upper stilt+parking+24 floors and Tower 3 of lower stilt+upper stilt+parking+24 floors with 936 residential flats, including modern amenities.

In July 2019, the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) approved the project.

Landscape & Infinity Realtor received environment clearance (EC) from the Maharashtra State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).

The company has now applied for Commencement Certificate (CC) for the project. Work is expected to commence by March 2020.
