Tender papers may be obtained from January 5-8, 2010 between 11.00am to 3.00pm from Central Road Brand, Room No. 207, Office of the Chief Engineer NHPWD (Roads), Govt of Meghalaya, Meghalaya, Shillong. Standard Bidding documents can be arranged by the prospective tenderers or may be obtained on payment of Rs2000.00 from Central Road Brand, Room No. 207, Office of the Chief Engineer NHPWD (Roads), Govt of Meghalaya, Meghalaya, Shillong only on selling date between 11.00am to 3.00pm. Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 11, 2010 at 1400 hrs. Rates are to be quoted on item basis against each item of work based on the SOR for Road and Bridge Works of National Highway Circle, PWD, (Roads), Govt of Meghalaya, Shillong for the year 2007-2008. Non-tribal contractors will have to furnish valid trading licence from the concerned autonomous district council and to submit the same along with the detailed tender paper, Bidders must submit their bids in hard bound manner otherwise their bids will be rejected.
