CCCL to build ONGC corporate office

Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd, the integrated construction service provider has won a Rs431 crore project from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) to build its corporate office Rajiv Gandhi Urja Bhavan in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
The new 10,63,085 sqft ground plus five floors ONGC corporate office will be Green building compliant and feature a center dome with lenticular cable net system inclusive of glass canopies. The scope of the contract include: civil, electrical, HVAC, fire fighting & fire alarm, IBMS, facading, interiors, PHE works, lifts, solar photo voltaic and WTP/STP. The project is scheduled for completion in 18 months.
In another development CCCL has also entered into a consortium with Samjung Tech, a Korean electronics company, to design and build first-of-its kind automated car parking structure for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in New Delhi. The JV is meant for four car parks in Delhi, one being a pure construction contract for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) while the others incorporate the design, build and operate contracts for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
