Eugenia Evergreens in Goa

Acron Developers has announced launching its luxury project–Eugenia Evergreens–at Moira in Goa. The company is building 15 villas spread over 4 acres of land.
“Each villa in Eugenia Evergreens is designed for its’ own individual eco-friendly green rating by the Indian Green Building Council and comprises around 4000 sq ft of built-up area on 9000 sq ft of private garden,” the company said.
The villa owners will be able to enjoy good features like home care, housekeeping and maintenance and pet care, besides others.
