Second homes major Disha Direct Marketing Services Pvt Ltd recently announced its foray into the hospitality and leisure industry. The Company plans to invest Rs300 crore in this Hospitality Division, christened Greenarth Leisure Pvt Ltd. The Company will begin operations with Maharashtra & Goa followed by other locations shortly.
Greenarth will be a chain of leisure resorts set up in naturally beautiful locales combining the fine experience of a club, recreation & holiday with activities revolving close to nature.
