Interarch hopeful to clock 20-25% growth in demand
Having won scores of new projects, Interarch Building Products Private Limited, India’s leading turnkey pre-engineered metal building conglomerate is all out to strengthen its base in eight regions, by and large concentrated in the western, northern and southern parts of India. It is also hopeful to clock 20-25% growth in demand.
According to reports, Interarch has consistently set up new standards in the pre-engineered metal building construction solutions across different regions in Gujarat. Till date, it has carried out 63 projects, including 16 in the central Gujarat region, 12 in Kutch, six in the Sourashtra region and 29 in south Gujarat.
The group is also focused in Rajasthan, and is currently executing various projects with various groups, including Hindustan Zinc Ltd, Shriram EPC, Ruchisoya Industries, Caparo Fasteners, Rosenberger Shilpi Cable Technologies, Orient Craft and Taisei Corporation.
In Mumbai, Interarch executed several projects, such as Reliance Industries, TAL Manufacturing and MTNL. In Maharashtra, its focus is on the automobile, auto ancillary, heavy engineering, food processing, forging, electronic and FMCG sectors.
In the southern part of India, the group purchased a PEB manufacturing facility in Sriperumbudur, Chennai having production capacity of 30000 MT per annum. This plant will largely cater to the growing demand for the pre-engineered metal buildings in the southern region. With several big ticket projects in its kitty, consisting of Hyundai Motors India, Jabil Circuits, Tata Motors Dharwad, Caparo Fasteners, Toyota, Cheyyar, ITC and other leading industrial facilities, Interarch is looking forward to strengthen its base in the areas of automobile, warehousing , engineering , IT parks , ports and pharma.
Apart from Chennai, Interarch has spread its wings in Bangalore, providing solutions and services to Mahindra Aerostructure, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Prabha Auto Products, Anjenaya Warehousing, Tata Motors, Container Corporation of India and Tata Johnson Controls Automotive.
Hyderabad is another region under the group’s gamut, with major thrust on pharma, FMCG and manufacturing. It has been associated with Dr. Reddy Laboratories, Air Liquid Engineering India, ICI Paints, Skol Breweries, ITC and Techno Blow Moulders, to name a few.
Interarch has several new projects in Madhya Pradesh. Some of the key construction projects under execution include logistic park in Bhopal, Deepak Fasteners, Kasyap Sweetner, Readymade Steel India, Albis Export India, Sita Shree Foods Products, Readymade Garment Complex, Pardesipura, Food Park at Nimrani and Jaggakhedi.
In Punjab, Interarch is focused towards various sectors, such as textile and spinning, agri, forging and foundry, warehousing, light engineering, sports and hand tool. Mrs. Bectors Food Specialties, Nitin Lifesciences, Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar, Liberty Shoes, Avalon Warehousing Corporation and Indian Acrylic are some of the major projects executed by the group.
