Lanco Infratech Ltd announced the launch of Lanco Academy, company’s first leadership development institute for its employees. In a glittering ceremony, Sushil Kumar Shinde, Hon’ble Minister of Power, Government of India inaugurated Lanco Academy in Gurgaon. David Smith, Managing Director of Accenture, USA was the Guest of Honor. This academy is a strategic initiative which aims at enhancing employees’ managerial, leadership and business capability at the individual, team and organizational levels.
