Right from inception, these recycling plants have proved to extremely reliable, highly wear-resistant and economical. Constant product innovation has helped this product range from SCHWING Stetter to evolve into an exceptioanlly strong product. SCHWING Stetter now offers the recycling plant in two different sizes – from 12 cubic metres per hour to a maximum of 20 cubic meters per hour of concrete recycling.
The recycling plant offers the users a variety of benefits. It is easy to operate and the automatic function results in low personnel costs.
There are no disposal costs that owners need to bear. The vehicle downtime during cleaning operations is very short, ensuring that the recycling operations are not impacted heavily. Besides these, the operating costs for the machine are extremely low and the machine has variable installation possibilities. The machine is also exceptionally quiet during operations and is resistant to wear.
The machine separates surplus material into mixed gravel from 0.2 to 63 mm and waste water, containing cement, fine sand and washable elements up to 0.2 mm. The cost of replacing parts of the machine is low and the design concept of the machine ensures less wearing-out of the machine. Water is not wasted during the washing procedure due to closed water circulation and the machine is further protected against overflow, with an automatic drum-feed cutoff.
