Elevator and Escalator makers Kone India has won an order to install 6 elevators in Palais Royale building which is currently under construction in Mumbai. With the 300 meter height, the building is going to be one of the tallest ones in the country.
Kone will provide 6 Kone MiniSpace elevators that will travel at speeds of up to 7 m/s, the fastest elevators in all of India. Another four Kone MiniSpace will move at 3.5 m/s. The company said that together these will ensure the smooth and efficient people flow of the residents in Palais Royale.

Palais Royale is a first-of-its-kind residential building project in India promoted by Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd. The company said that the building is also India's first pre-certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum rated green residential building.

Palais Royale has many firsts to its credit including having the world's deepest girders.
