Pune-based real estate firm ABIL has announced appointing Ashutosh Pathare as Business Head (West) and Santosh Maheshwari as Chief Financial Officer. With interests in real estate, infrastructure, IT, energy, mining and hospitality, ABIL has executed over 40 housing projects.
Pathare will be spearheading company’s roll out operations in Mumbai. He brings along with him over 12 years of experience in job functions such as Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Projects & Planning and Business Development in the real estate space. Prior to joining ABIL, he has worked for leading organisations such as K. Raheja Universal, Shapoorji Pallonji & Co and Hiranandani Constructions.
Santosh Maheshwari who joins as Chief Financial Officer is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant and brings with him a rich experience of over 14 years in managing the overall Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Systems Implementation. In his previous stints Maheshwari has worked with Kumar Builders, Pune; Ocwen Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore; Tata Technologies Ltd., Pune; and Zensar Technologies Ltd., Pune amongst others.
