SVP Builder (I) Ltd., a real estate developer in Delhi-NCR, has won “Best Regional Developer in Rajiv Gandhi Realty Excellence Awards 2010”. The award was presented to Sunil Jindal, CEO, SVP Group by chief guest Praveen Singh Aron who is an MP from Bareilly and Member, Standing Committee on Urban Development in Parliament.

This award function was organized by Pehchan- nurturing the girl child; an NGO working towards the education of girl child since 2002. The Rajiv Gandhi Realty Excellence Awards was initiated to honour the builders and construction companies who are providing affordable houses to people who crave for their own home. “These awards are meant for only those builders who are doing good work and are providing quality homes at affordable prices,” said Davinder Mendhiratta, President of Pehchan.
Other awardees were: Best Property Consultant of the Year - Investors Clinic, NOIDA; Best Online Real Estate Portal - Magic Bricks.com; Developer of the year - Delhi Apartments Pvt. Ltd, Environment Friendly Project of the Year - Supertech India Limited; Best Upcoming Integrated Township of the Year - Jaypee Greens, Life Time Achievement Award - Raheja Developers Limited and Developer of the Year – NCR /Noida is Amrapali Group.
