What are the major projects that you are implementing in the region?
We have a project – Partas Tierea - sprawling over 30 acres, which is located in sector-137 of Noida. There are a total of 2800 apartments in the offering and majority of the apartments are 2-faced. Paras Tierea also offers five acres of Central Green Park with 1, 00,000 sq. ft of club and 45000 sq.ft of commercial area wherein hyper market will be present along with the medical first-aid facility for the society.
Which are the potential growth sectors in NCR? What lies in future for the region?
Delhi NCR real estate market is bubbling with activity. The most happening area is Noida Expressway, which is not a new destination but there are some developments in the recent months that have brought strong attention and focus back into this area and today it is one the most sought after realty investment destination in India.
The other areas such as Greater Noida, Noida, Ghaziabad, new sectors in Gurgaon are some of the hottest destinations. They are good for investment as these places will have good infrastructure in near future and as the present places are already full these will hold good future because of its connectivity.
What is the current scenario in NCR-region in regards to construction activities and project developments?
Noida, Greater Noida and New Gurgaon are witnessing maximum activity in real estate. Noida and Greater Noida have upper hand as infrastructure is in good shape, which will further boost the projects coming up here.
What are the other major big infra projects under implementation in the region which will have positive impact on the region?
Near Noida, Greater Noida and expressway we have Yamuna expressway coming up, then we have Metro planned, exposition mart. Greater Noida Authority intends to develop an integrated transportation hub spread across approx 600 acres.
