The Indian economy turned around much faster and better than most others, to lead the path of global recovery. The early signs of revival were seen in the last quarter of 2009 and various factors helped India get there. The Indian Real Estate Markets have gone through a decisive learning curve during the last year. As the year unfolds, it is anticipated that real estate markets will be governed by more orderly and thoughtful approach.
Keeping this in view, CII is organizing a National Conclave on Real Estate “Maximizing Opportunities 2010 and Beyond”, scheduled for Friday, 25 June 2010 at Grand Ball Room, Hotel Grand Hyatt, Santacruz (East), Mumbai. Through the various discussions the conclave would attempt to address the following questions and focus on understanding the future of Real Estate sector in 2010 and beyond: What will be the various strategies to look for in 2010? How will the Indian real estate markets leverage the lessons learnt in 2009? Will innovation and sustainability lead the way or it will be rentals that will command power across asset classes?
The conclave would be organized under the guidance and expertise of Mr Anuj Puri, Conference Chairman and Chairman & Country Head, Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj.
