Mumbai based Real Estate developer Usha Breco Realty Ltd has announced the launch of 'Chhaya Niwas' the firm's first value housing project at Boisar. With this launch, Boisar assures distinct significance as a convenient location of choice for affordable housing.
For the first phase of the project Usha Breco Realty Ltd will be developing 300 units in 1, 1½, 2 & 2½ BHK formats. The homes will be competitively priced within a price range of Rs9 Lakh to Rs20 Lakh.
