5. Godwin Pumps debuts the CD500M pump: Capable of flow rates to 3,293 m3/hr (14,500 GPM) and heads to 61 m (200 ft), the 600 mm x 400 mm (24 in x 18 in) CD500M is an automatic priming centrifugal pump suitable for a wide variety of applications requiring high volume and high head. The CD500M is a direct drive, cast iron pump with a cast chromium steel impeller designed for general pumping of solids up to 104 mm (4.1 inches) in diameter.
The venturi priming system on the CD500M provides suction lift capability to 8.5m, and continuous, uninterrupted operation even in intermittent dry suction conditions. The CD500M is offered with several engine options, including the standard 460 hp Caterpillar C-15 diesel engine for normal pumping conditions, or the 600 hp Caterpillar C-18 diesel engine for applications requiring more head. For applications requiring lower emissions or noise levels, the CD500M is also available with an electric motor configuration. For easy lifting and transporting a single-point lifting frame and built-in fork truck pockets are standard on all machines. Noise-reducing sound-attenuated canopies are also available. 6. GG Crane Group unveils the first double jib tower crane: The Group unveiled its first re-design of the double jib GG 42085 e-tronic tower crane. Its composition is completely different from the traditional tower cranes. Consisting of a central towered base, it balances with two symmetrical jibs on each side. It considerably increases the performance and applications of current tower cranes
According to the company, the use of a double jib tower crane offers annual savings of up to 35% compared to a conventional tower crane with one jib.
The GG Tower Crane offers applications in various fields including real estate, construction, nuclear industry, electrical power generation (cooling towers), seaports, mining and the steel industry. Contact: Sally Herygers, sally@xian.be, Phone: +32 473 42 72 53

7. LiuGong showcases its popular 777III: LiuGong Machinery Corporation displayed 12 of its top selling machines including its popular and versatile 777III Backhoe.
The 777III Backhoe has a modern design that makes the use of multiple attachments very easy, thus increasing the machine’s usefulness on the jobsite. This versatility has helped make the 777III a popular choice on jobsites around the world. The 777III is a side shift version tailored to European and Asian markets, but LiuGong also offers a center pivot model, the 766, for the Americas and other markets that prefer this configuration. Both models feature a high visibility backhoe boom design with digging depths of 4362 mm. An optional extending dipper stick increases dig depth to 5557 mm.
The LiuGong loader backhoes use a Perkins 1104D-44T Tier 3 engine rated at 74.5 kw or an optional Tier I WeiChai Deutz 70 kw engine to give customers more flexibility to meet their specific needs. Contact: Lily Fang,

8. Putzmeister showcases BSA 1404HD: This upgraded version BSA1404HD is a high pressure pump that caters to concrete pumping to 80-100m building heights. This pump has smaller towing length for better maneuverability in narrow areas - thus most suitable for RMC pumping contractors and infrastructure companies. Apart from providing the benefit of better fuel economy, the pump is available in various drive options of Kirloskar, Simpson, Deutz as well as electric versions (BSA 1403HE), giving its customers an option to select their choice. It further lowers the impact of concrete on its wear parts - thus giving 50-80% more life.
BSA 1404HD has a superior high filling efficiency of 90-95% of concrete inside the cylinder & gives excellent concrete output ( practical ) in its class of concrete pumps. It is also one of the most fuel efficient trailer pumps in India. This pump model is also offered with optional Air compressor & water pump for cleaning. 9. Raimondi Cranes displays its MRT line: This famous line which will be available in India is known for its robustness. This robustness is primarily the result of the tubular structure - more stable and safe than the angular one - used for manufacturing the masts elements; the employing of tensile bolts instead of the pins for junctions, which - by the way – make the erection/dismantling of the tower simpler and faster and the trapezoidal section of the jib with double joints which simplifies the rotation. Both tower and jib are really solid, with a reduced wind resistance. The topless series has been designed providing - amongst the others – the trolley positioning on arms placed on the counter jib. This represents a twofold advantage - Fast and easy erection as well as improvement of safety. Contact: Riyan, riyan@raimondicranes.com, Phone: +390331 - 548061 – 545308
10. Liebherr’s new flat-top crane: The new 285 EC-B 12 Litronic rounds off the successful range of the flat-top cranes. It is designed using a modular concept, which guarantees the compatibility of the tower systems within the range.
The new 285 EC-B 12 can provide working radii of up to 75 m. Depending on requirements, the jib length can be config-ured in 5-metre stages from 24.4 m to 75 m. In comparison with the next smaller model, the 250 EC-B 12 Litronic, the maximum lifting capacity at the jib head with 70 m radius is 900 kg greater, at 3,150 kg.
The 285 EC-B 12 Litronic has been designed for loading in standard containers. In order to ensure loading onto trucks as well, the counter-jib is designed for optimum transport convenience in the piggyback system. The compact head can be transported by road standing upright, and the com-plete upper part of the 285 EC-B 12 Litronic can be moved with maximum radius using five trucks.
