Development activity for Philips Lighting starts

Dr Wido Menhardt, CEO, Philips Innovation Campus (PIC) has announced the commencement of development activity for Philips lighting. Envisaging the requirements of consumers and at the same time keeping in mind concerns of the environment, Philips will develop a range of innovative digital lighting solutions for global markets, he said.

Bangalore based PIC also outlined its overall plan of action for the coming year. Its key area of activity would be developing cutting edge technologies for the healthcare sector, but now with an increased focus on India.
