As the MD of Kinetic Hyundai Elevator & Movement Technologies Ltd, Manish Motwani shows a lot of confidence in the infrastructure story. Read why he thinks his industry will grow by 15-25% yoy.

What is your assessment of the Indian elevators & escalators market?
The organised sector sells around 20,000 units in a year and we will see this figure grow by 15-25% each year in India in the years to come.
Indian economy is in a growth trajectory and fast catching up with the developed world. We see a huge market for high rise & high speed automatic elevators, escalators and moving walks. Also with the infrastructure growing demand for automated car parking systems, material handling systems for airports and industry, platform screen doors for metros will see tremendous growth. This company will focus on all these areas and offer ‘total movement solutions’ to customers.
