Weston will oversee all management for the client

Weston Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Weston Solutions, Inc., will manage India’s first LEED Platinum targeted ecotourism project at Hyderabad, for Delara Tourism Corporation Limited (DTCL), a group company of NCS.

The company will provide services that include sustainable solutions for design/build construction, construction management, design review, contract administration, field inspection, and administration of quality management and risk management plans. In addition, it will implement the “three R” theory of reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Patrick G. McCann, president and CEO of Weston, said: “The project, based on a public private partnership model, supports the government’s commitment to conserving the environment, while providing educational and recreational opportunities for the local population.”

Its office in Hyderabad will draw upon the company’s global network of redevelopment, construction, and LEED-certified experts. Construction on the project is expected to begin in 2009.

Located just two kilometres away from Hitech City, Madhapur, the 128-acre park will feature a botanical garden, a research, development, and training facility.
