Siemens has announced its consolidated net profit at Rs599.54 crore for the fourth quarter ended September 30, as against Rs692.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company’s consolidated net sales and services (excluding excise duty) rose to Rs9,679.82 crore for the September quarter from Rs9,379.60 crore in the same period last fiscal.

Siemens has recommended a dividend of Rs3 per equity shares of Rs2 each for the financial year ended September 30.

The company’s net profit stood Rs593.32 crore for the financial year ended September 30, as against Rs 596.54 crore for the last fiscal. Net sales and services (excluding excise duty) increased to Rs 8,295.54 crore for the year end.
