Marvel Realtors and IBM have completed Phase I of a process improvement initiative at Marvel Realtors. The improvement was done through a combination of new process design, automation and integration of processes using new technologies.
As consulting partner, IBM conducted process diagnostics and voice of customer study whose findings were leveraged for the SAP implementation. IBM also redesigned the organisation structure, CRM processes, and performance management system. The initiative is expected to help improve the efficiency of business processes through standardisation of a seamless ecosystem of projects, logistics and finance functions.

“At Marvel we have always invested in technology whether it is IT, construction or automation to deliver the best value to our customers,” said Vishwajeet Jhavar, chief executive officer, Marvel Realtors. “We believe that Marvel will be able to quickly scale up its services to meet future customer demand while managing costs.”
The integration will be enabled by IBM’s all-in-one solution for real estate certified by SAP. This could see an improvement in lead conversion ratio, customer and employee satisfaction levels, internal stakeholder management and a standardised business process across project sites for Marvel.
Sandip Patel, managing partner, Global Business Services, IBM India/South Asia said: “As companies in real estate start to look at IT as a necessity, we see an opportunity - by offering not just systems, but better practices and processes that will drive their growth.”
